  • What is the Featured Deal?

    Each week one incredible deal is set as the Featured Deal in each market. This deal is only available for a limited time, so you have to be sure to purchase fast. Sign up to receive an email alert each time a new deal is featured in your area, and be notified when it is available for purchase

  • Are there more deals offered in my area then just Featured Deal?

    Sometimes there may be an additional deal offered. It may be a local deal or even a national deal.

  • How do I buy a deal?

    Click on the "Buy" button before the offer expires and you will be prompted with payment details to make your purchase. Upon completion, you will receive a voucher to use to claim your deal before the noted expiration date. Don’t forget to send the deal to your friend or share it over Twitter and Facebook!

  • What happens after I buy a deal?

    After you make a purchase, you'll receive a deal voucher that includes a voucher number. We typically make vouchers available early morning the day after purchase. You will need this voucher number when you go to the merchant to redeem before the expiration date. You can access the voucher the My Account section on the site, on the Kowabunga mobile app (coming soon!) or simply by email.

  • What if I want to use just part of the deal voucher and save the rest for later?

    Sorry, you're going to have to use that sweet deal in just one visit. However, some merchants may be willing to work with you if this situation arises.

  • If my name is on the deal voucher, can the merchant charge my account?

    No. The merchant does not have your account information. That is held only by Kowabunga.

  • Is the transaction safe for me to use?

    Yes. The transaction uses SSL and other industry standard security features to ensure that no one else has access to your credit card information.

  • If I buy a deal as a gift, will they have access to my account information?

    No. On the deal voucher, there is a record of the transaction, the purchaser's name and the consumer's name that the gift is for, along with a unique 8-digit voucher code. The payment information is secure on a site that no consumer has access to.

  • Can I combine the deal with other offers the merchant might have presented previously?

    No, each deal has its own terms.

  • What if the merchant does not honor the offer?

    We go out of our way to vet each merchant and make sure they live up to our standards. On the rare occurrence that something happens and you're not satisfied, please contact us at customersupport@kowabunga.com with your voucher number and the date of your experience and we'll work with the merchant to resolve your issue.

  • What if I miss the expiration date?

    If you miss the expiration date on your deal, take heart, all is not lost! While the additional discounts are no longer available, you are still entitled to goods and services equal to the paid value of the voucher.

    For example, if you spend $25 to buy a $50 voucher for your new favorite restaurant, but are unable to get there before the expiration date, you will still be entitled to $25 of food, drink and good times.

  • I see that some deals are brought to Kowabunga by MailSouth®. Who is MailSouth®?

    MailSouth® is a leader in providing direct marketing services in rural America.   • What are Kowabunga Bucks?

    Kowabunga Bucks are our "Thank You" to our customers! With every purchase you make, 10% is credited to your account to use on a future Kowabunga Deal.

  • How do Kowabunga Bucks work?

    Simply make a purchase and you're already on your way to savings. The next time you take advantage of an offered deal, we'll apply your Kowabunga Bucks balance to your order total. Presto! Savings!

  • What is this "referral" business?

    We give you the option to earn Kowabunga Bucks by sharing the deals you purchase with your friends. They sign-up or purchase a deal and you get more Kowabunga Bucks to spend. Simple as that.

  • How do I participate?

    After you purchase a deal, share the unique link we've created for you via Facebook, Twitter or E-mail. When your friends sign-up for Kowabunga, you'll get $2 in Kowabunga Bucks. If they purchase a deal, you'll get $15 Kowabunga Bucks. Then, use those Kowabunga Bucks to get more great deals.

  • When will I get my Kowabunga Bucks?

    After your friends sign up, or purchase a deal, you'll be credited in your account. The Kowabunga Bucks are then ready to use.
